Marketing and Distribution

During the prototype development Phase OES Management will develop a distribution program modeled after the highly successful Rural Electric Cooperative Association in the United States but adapted to local political and economic requirements, such that everyone who needs water on earth will have an opportunity for their fair share of this human need.
