OES' plan to produce and commercialize the AWECS for worldwide distribution of up to 80,000 AWEC units ($80 billion potential aggregate Market) that are required to "quench" the thirsts of the billion people ('05) on Earth who lack potable water. The 20 year AWECS design life means that the production process will begin all over again with newer materials and newer technologies every 2nd decade.
